Overview
mojeJRD is a mobile app for residents of modern apartment complexes built by JRD. It works as a central hub for building info and communication between neighbors.
What I built
- Building information: real-time updates about maintenance schedules and announcements
- Neighbor communication: secure messaging and community boards
- Document access: building documents, rules, and guidelines in one place
- Issue reporting: a simple way to report maintenance issues and track resolution
Result
Communication between building management and residents got faster. Response times on maintenance requests dropped and community engagement went up.
