Overview
The second generation of the Collateral accounting platform, built for accounting firms and their clients. I lead the development and hold equity in the company.
What I built
- AI extraction: invoices and other documents are read automatically, with category, dates, amounts and counterparties filled in for the accountant to review
- Automatic intake: documents come in from a collection email, SharePoint or Google Drive, or straight from the client's upload
- Checks before approval, like VAT numbers verified in the EU VIES register and bank accounts matched against the accounting system
- Business cases with discussions and attachments, tasks and an AML form
- Cash-flow prediction, unpaid invoices and bank balances on the client dashboard
- Installable as a PWA, with push notifications
